Lines Smart Industrial Company (شركة الخطوط الأذكى الصناعية) is based in the Second Industrial City, Jeddah 21411, Saudi Arabia. We are responsible for the personal information we receive and use to handle your inquiries.

Information you provide

The quote form asks for your name and work email. Company name, product interest, and requirements help us understand your request. Name and email are required to prepare the draft; the other details are optional. You can browse the product pages without completing the form.

Details are assembled in your browser and passed to your email app when you select ‘Prepare my inquiry’. The website does not submit them to a Lines Smart website database or save them in browser storage. Your email provider may store the draft under its own settings. If you send it, we receive your contact details, message, and any information you add.

If you contact us by WhatsApp or telephone, we receive the contact and message details you share through that channel. Please provide only information relevant to your business inquiry, without passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information.

How and why information is used

We use inquiry details to answer questions, discuss product specifications, prepare quotations, and follow up on your request. Without a way to contact you, we may be unable to respond.

For voluntary inquiries, we rely on your consent to use the details you choose to send for that purpose. Where applicable, further processing may be necessary to perform an agreement with you or meet legal obligations. Browsing the website does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Website services, cookies and external links

The Lines Smart website does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts, and its page code does not set cookies. This does not mean that the hosting and access services are cookie-free: they may process technical records such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and request times to deliver and protect the site, and may use cookies for access or security.

• Hosting: this website is hosted on GoDaddy. Technical information processed by the hosting provider is also subject to the applicable GoDaddy privacy policy.
• Fonts: your browser connects to Google to load the Arabic typeface. These requests disclose connection information to Google. See Google’s privacy policy.
• Email and WhatsApp: these links open separate communication services. Your chosen email provider and WhatsApp apply their own privacy terms.

You can manage cookies through your browser and the relevant service’s settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect access. Other websites linked from our pages operate under their own policies.

Sharing and international processing

Information needed to handle your request may be accessed by the Lines Smart team and service providers supporting communication and website operation. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not publish customer inquiries on this website.

Hosting, font, email, and messaging services may process information outside Saudi Arabia. Where Lines Smart arranges a transfer, applicable Saudi data-transfer requirements and safeguards must be met. You can contact us for information about the handling of your particular inquiry.

Retention and protection

We retain inquiry information for the time needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, and for applicable legal, accounting, or dispute requirements. When those purposes no longer require it, the information should be deleted or made anonymous. Retention by your email, messaging, or hosting provider is governed separately by that service.

Access to inquiry records should be limited to people who need them for these purposes. No online or email channel is entirely risk-free; contact us if you believe information sent to us has been misused.

Your privacy rights

Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, and subject to its conditions and exceptions, you may request information about processing, access to your data, a readable copy, correction or completion, and deletion. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it.

Send requests to info@linessmart.com. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant correspondence. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to continue an inquiry, but does not automatically remove information that must be kept on another lawful basis.

You may also raise a complaint through the Saudi Data & AI Authority’s personal data protection platform.
